CLIENT SERVICES OUR RANGE OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: 1. PERMANENT PLACEMENT OF OFFICE, PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL STAFF This service covers the sourcing, screening, interviewing and Selection of candidates on behalf of our clients for permanent  positions; Our clients are provided with applicants cv’s submitted to Unyezi as well as information validating the selection of the particular applicant (Reference Check, ITC check, Qualification verification and Criminal record check). 2. RECRUITMENT ADVERTISING This service covers the placing of an advert on the newspapers on behalf of our clients. Detailed specifications are received from clients either via fax or email. An advert is then compiled according to clients needs and is sent to newspapers for printing. 3. RESPONSE HANDLING We obtain job specification from the Client. CV’s are received either via fax, email or mail. CV’s are pre-screened, short listed candidates are interviewed utilising the competency based “Target Selection” technique, whereby we assess the required behavioural characteristics.  Relevant work experience and competencies are also assessed. Standard formatted CV’s of short listed candidates are compiled. A full report of the response handling details is provided including an Equity Response Analysis. Objective reference checking upon request. Personal presentation of the short-listed CV’s Arranging of interviews. Regretting all unsuccessful candidates in writing. 4.  SUPPLY OF TEMPORARY STAFF This service covers the sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection of candidates on behalf of our clients for temporary positions viz. fixed term or limited duration employees required for special events; This service is charged for at an hourly rate. 4. OUTSOURCING In terms of outsourced scenarios, we take over a functional area or department whereby the entire function relating thereto is outsourced to us at an agreed upon charge rate. Contract labour ranging from general labours, forklift drivers, machinist and artisans to highly qualified administrative and technical personnel.
